Where It All Began
It was just another evening around the dinner table. Pizza in hand, good company, and one of those conversations that starts nowhere and ends up somewhere unexpected.
Somewhere between the second slice and the third, the idea landed. What if we could do this properly? Not just good pizza but the kind that makes you stop mid-bite, look around the table, and feel genuinely glad you're here.

That conversation never really ended. It just turned into Adam's Pizza.

The Detroit Story
Born In The Motor City
Detroit-style pizza was born in 1946, in the kitchens of Motor City, USA. Baked in thick forged-steel pans borrowed from local auto factories, it produced something nobody had seen before a crunchy crust, light and pillowy inside, with caramelised cheese pressed all the way to the edges.
Sauce on top. Square slices. Corner pieces worth fighting over. Detroit fell in love with it. Then the rest of the world did. Now it's here.
